Get you moving, that is our focus, we wont promises you a six-pack in 6 weeks, because that is not what we are about, and to us, that seems like an unfair goal. Our workouts are bodyweight only, so no need for complicated gym equipment. If you'd like to move away from bodyweight only, we offer an even wider range of resistance bands workouts with our range of resistance bands.

Working out is great, but doing it alone can sometimes be hard. Not with AVA, because you always have the support of the entire AVA community! We have weekly, monthly and yearly challenges to keep you motivated, and bring you in to contact with other AVA members, so we can help each other and achieve our goals together!
THERE ARE NO FOOD RULES!
We at AVA don't believe in a diet, dieting by definition, is a temporary food plan. If you feel you are fighting your weight, you are in need of a structural change and not a diet. AVA will help you with small steps to come to this structural change. Eating shouldn't be a struggle, it shouldn’t be a fight against the calories. That is why AVA does not encourage to count calories, counting calories is a backward concept that can lead to much more harm. We will focus on macro's, the things that are really in your food. We will also provide you with helpful educating articles to give you new insights about the food you are eating.

Clear your head with AVA's meditation section. A healthy body also comes with a healthy mind and mindset. AVA's mindfulness section helps you relax and get your thoughts in order, either after a big meeting, during a run or before bed time.
